Returns Policy
Monster Car Audio recognises that customers need to feel assured and confident that the products they purchase are of merchantable quality.
Items sold are backed with a 12 month warranty. Items are warranted against faulty materials and workmanship provided that they are used for their intended purpose and the correct application is applied.
Refunds for items are at the discretion of Monster Car Audio.
Items returned must be in the original packaging. All returns must be must be packed securely for shipping. Buyer is responsible return shipping charges.
Returns must be authorised by Monster Car Audio before goods can be returned.
Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
